Support and Guidance Sessions

As a therapist I do what I can to support people who find it difficult to afford therapy, but I cannot help everyone, and I do have to impose limitations. I do run a forums for people to to ask questions and seek some support, I hope it will provide some more options for people trying to make changes to their life. When possible I will be offering some guidance sessions over Skype, on a Sunday morning starting at 08:00 GMT. Unfortunately I had to reinstall and restart the forums, due to a number of issues, starting with the new privacy laws and data protection act, all memberships and information was securely deleted, and although its been its been a fair time of inaction, between removing and reinstalling the forums, its up and running, better late than never. I don’t advertise this support forum, other than this page, on this site, The support forums are not for people in crisis, or in need of urgent suicidal support , If you are feeling suicidal, see what options are available here You also need to be 18 years of age to join. This support forum does not offer any medical, legal, financial, or diagnostic advice.
