This means the person in therapy remains the person in charge. Therapy should not make you smaller, more dependent, or less able to trust your own judgement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first session is free. After that, you decide whether you want to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No pressure.<br>No obligation.<br>Just a chance to see whether the work feels right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[Book a free first session]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What I can help with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I work with people dealing with emotional and personal difficulties such as anxiety, self-doubt, shame, anger, grief, relationship patterns, emotional avoidance, loss of confidence, and feeling disconnected from themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I do not work with psychotic mental health problems or situations where someone needs urgent crisis support, psychiatric care, or a higher level of clinical support than online therapy can safely offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is not rejection. I do not routinely ask for GP details unless there is a specific safety reason.
