Contact

If you would like to arrange a free first session, you are welcome to get in touch.

You do not need to explain everything perfectly in your first message.

A few honest lines are enough.

Some people already know exactly why they are seeking therapy. Others only know that something feels difficult, tangled, painful, or emotionally exhausting. Both are okay.

Before getting in touch

Please take a moment to read:

  • Who I Work With
  • Who I Don’t Work With
  • Online Therapy and Safety

This helps make sure the work is likely to be suitable and safe enough for both of us.

Free first session

The first session is free and gives us a chance to talk about what brings you here, how I work, and whether the therapy feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

Response times

I will normally respond within 24 hours although response times may occasionally vary due to public hollidays.

Please remember that I do not provide emergency or crisis support by email or contact form.

Important

If you are in immediate danger, actively at risk of harming yourself or others, or unable to keep yourself safe, please contact emergency services, your GP, NHS 111, your local crisis team, or another appropriate urgent support service.

Online therapy is not a substitute for emergency mental health care.

A final thought

Starting therapy can feel exposing.

For many people, the first message is one of the hardest parts.

You do not need to have the perfect words before reaching out.
